Overall I am happy with this item. It works well as a bookshelf/sofa table. It was packed well and was not too hard to put together. It was a bit of a challenge to screw the top on because there were no pre-drilled holes and you had to make sure that the top was centered. Shipping was fast. It comes in a few other colors such as black. The shelf height is not adjustable.

We spent alot of time looking for an inexpensive sofa table to use in our basement. When ordering this one we were skeptecle due to the low price, but were pleasantly surprised. The table looks like it came from a nice furniture store. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered two of these side tables to use as a return for my desk. The shelves will work perfectly for the multitudes of stuff I need to store and the color is perfect with the old teacher's desk I use. There was one small issue - one package came without the necessary hardware to put the table together. I contacted the company through Amazon - and they replied that same night and sent my hardware on its way to me! That fast! It is hard to know from the description and the photo that these are a rich golden wood color - the word "brown" just does not do these tables justice. I am very pleased with this purchase. And the company gets a big A+ for their quality customer service!
