I received this table in the mail a few days ago and thought I'd write up some preliminary thoughts.
(1) Packaging and shipping: I ordered this and got it two days later. (Hurrah for Prime shipping!) The packaging was *amazing*. The box was packed in another box with a great deal of foam between them. This was good because the outer box was pretty beat up by the time it got to my door. But the table itself was in perfect condition.
(2) Assembly: assembly took *maybe* 15 minutes. You get the table top and then you have to screw in the legs and the 'x' support that connects the legs. There was a moment of panic when I thought that they didn't mail the legs...but they were packaged inside the drawer of the table. The assembly was a breeze - all the holes matched up and there were even a few added features (pegs on the 'x' support that made attaching them to the table much easier than if there weren't pegs) that made the assembly even easier.
