This cocktail table is beautiful! I love this pieces! It was very easy to assemble, but if you do not consider yourself mechanically inclined at ALL, you may want to have someone else to assist with it, though, as they could hold something for you. I bought this and another piece and both pieces took me about an hour to assemble (I am a somewhat petite woman). The wood color is a tad bit lighter than would be ideal for my decor (a bit more cherry in the tones, rather than espresso), but still matches just fine. The piece appears very sturdy - the wood is solid and thick at the joints. The cocktail table size is perfect for a smaller sofa or loveseat - would not be good for a giant couch. The design of the table is just lovely - subtle yet still gives a little flare to your room. The price is great for a piece with real glass, too (it's very cute that you can put showcase pieces on the bottom shelf and still use the glass top).
