I searched for "oval espresso coffee table" and received this table as a reply. I viewed the picture thinking it was indeed espresso and purchased it. It is not espresso, it is black.
I put it together in my living room that has low light not thinking anything of it. When I put it on the room where it is going to stay with the other espresso furniture, it clashes.
The piece itself is pretty sturdy. When putting it together make sure to put all screws in partially to get them started and do a little on each at a time or else the last one will not pit properly. (I found out the hard way.) I just used a standard phillips head screw driver with no problem, easy to assemble. I think I will return it because the black just doesn't go. It's a shame I realized it after it was assembled, what a pain! So final review --> Table itself it nice, just wrong color for my room.

This is a lot nicer than I expected it to be! I'm very happy with it! The only thing that I wish is that it was a bit taller and all the segments further off the ground, which would be simpler for game consoles and such, but it's definitely worth the price! Seems very sturdy, too.

You know for the picky reviews you have to keep in mind that you're paying for what you get.
For the price I paid, I thought I got a very decent product. Nothing fancy or special, but serves its purpose, have a lot a storage space for magazines, I put snack between the tier t0o.
It doesn't look too sturdy, and feels a little weak, but if you're just looking for something to put remote, magian, candy on , this will do perfectly fine, I even ventured to put my feet up on it from time to time, it's still holding up so far.
Just remember, you're not paying for the premium prize to get the premium quality, if you want quality, you're better off spending a couple hundreds or more to get the real thing.
