The table itself is quality made, very sturdy and very easy to assemble (about 15mn without looking at the instructions). The only problem was packaging. The bottom shelf was packed inside the box, with the 'good' side (i.e top) right against the cardboard (i.e facing to the outside). The box had a barely noticeable dent in it when I received it, but it went right to the top of this shelf (about 1/2" long, 1/16" deep dimple). If only they packed it with the top side to the inside of the box to protect it, just plain common sense. Not worth shipping back.

I recieved my package rather quick and the box it came in was intact and not torn apart. Although, when I pulled the pieces out I was disappointed to see a lot of damage. The top and bottom shelf has chips on the edges and noticable cracks right down the center. And worse is the water damage! It looks like the wood was laying in a puddle of water for a month. The top and bottom pieces are warped and wavey; looks like wet cardboard. On top of that, when I assembled the legs, the threaded lugs in the wood just pulled out with no effort at all. It is a great looking table but the quality and manufacturing is low. I will not be buying another piece of furniture online ever again. Returning...

This is the perfect table for those seeking a really nice looking, sturdy, and not so massive coffee table. Couldn't be more pleased...
