Summary: Ridiculously cheap parts, but nice looking. 2010-09-02
Comment: It is actually very nice looking once put together. HOWEVER, I ordered two and BOTH had incorrect parts. One was missing 4 shelf pins for assembly and the other had a complete wrong bar/brace that connected the front to the back on the bottom of the nightstand. Fortunately, my boyfriend is handy and was able to MacGyver the pieces into something that would work. He also experienced the cracking when inserting the screws that others have spoke about. In general, it was pretty poor quality but looks nice. So bottom line is if you are looking for something nice looking, this will do the job, but if you need the nightstand to be functional right away, I wouldn't risk purchasing this because it may or may not have correct parts or may or may not break as soon as you put it together. Definitely allow extra time to return it, if necessary!

Pros: It arrived and was defect free. I assembled the unit in 10 minutes. Looks very good. Door is magnetic so it stays shut.
Cons: A couple of the plugs that cover the screw holes didn't fit right (They went in, just stick out a little). The cubby area above the cabinet has a very thin cardboard insert as its bottom piece. It is fine, since nothing in there would have weight, but it did feel a bit tacky when putting it together. Once it is in there you don't really notice.
This is a great nightstand for the price. I don't think there are many realistic opportunities to find something new at this price range that are this quality. Highly recommended!!!

Comment: This product was very economical and well worth the money. Just know that the entire item is not solid all the way around, the side panels are a plywood type material. However, it is sturdy and looks very nice in my in-home office.

Comment: We ordered this table for our daughter off her Amazon wish list and liked it so well, we bought another one! It was extremely easy to put together, looks great & more expensive looking than the price we paid.
